Recording Artist, Composer, Sound/Vibrational Healer, Educator
Our guest, Aurélia from Auréliaslight, holds her Masters in Music and Education. Being born into a musically gifted family, music has always come very naturally to her, and she’s been fascinated with energy and sound for as long as she can remember. Classically trained on the piano since the age of 5, Aurélia had a drive and passion to compose music differently. She even started experimenting at age 7 with her own form of composition!
Aureliaslight has released 10 albums since 2011, and has sung on albums with Deepak Chopra, Krishna Das, and many other conscious artists.
Aurélia is also a Usui Reiki Master and has studied with some of the pioneers of sound healing, including Jonathan Goldman. In 2012, Aurelia was the Founder and Director of SOUND (Center for Arts and Mindfulness) in Newtown, CT, which was instrumental in healing and service to her community after the Sandy Hook Tragedy.
